1.Q:What is pixel pitch?
A:Since you can see many square LEDs on the screen ,each of them is an (LED)pixel - in printing house, it is a dot in dpi.The distance between two LEDs is called the pixel pitch,officially put.But shortly,it is the pixel that people quote using mm to measure it.

2.Q:What is a cabinet?
A:When we say panel or enclosure made of die-casting aluminium in most cases, or iron material in other cases, it shares the same meaning here with cabinet, which has several LED modules on it to make a complete display unit and will be piled up and fixed on the support structure. There are many sizes of such cabinets, like
500mm*1000mm, 576mm*576mm, 600mm*337.5mm, 640mm*480mm, 768mm*768mm, 960mm*960mm, which are commonly used

3.Q:What is a module?
A:A module is the minimal unit to consist of a cabinet(see Q2).Often,available are 320mm(W)*160mm/320mm(H),192mm*192mm,256mm*128mm/256mm,250mm*250mm,288mm*288mm,150mm*150mm/168.75mm/200mm,etc.

4.Q:What kind of technical support if offered?
A:Online support and training throughout the whole project and aftersale service are free.
